2011 Dominio de Martinez Cabernet Sauvignon

Our 2011 Domino de Martinez Cabernet Sauvignon is from our estate vineyard in the Horse Heaven Hills AVA. This is always a very special wine for us, as it’s a true embodiment of the fruit of our labors. This vintage is a beautiful dark ruby color. A black cherry, cassis and cedar nose followed by bright red currant, oak and slight earthy/herbaceous note that showcase a classic Horse Heaven Hill Cabernet. Big, bold, with tight tannins, this wine should age well for 10 plus years. Drink now with plenty of decanting, best in three years. Very limited quantity.
